Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped throughout Australia.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Every artwork is wrapped and packed with great care to help ensure it arrives safely. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International shipping may be available for selected artworks. Please contact hello@kimsaunders.com.au prior to purchasing for a shipping quote and delivery options.

Due to the original and handmade nature of each artwork, please choose carefully as change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact hello@kimsaunders.com.au within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an artwork has been packaged or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
