SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We ship within Australia and internationally. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We take the utmost care in wrapping, packing, and clearly labelling all parcels to ensure your artwork arrives safely. All items are shipped via Australia Post with signature required on delivery.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Please note: We cannot take responsibility for any loss, damage, or delays once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

If you’d prefer an alternative shipping method or would like to arrange insurance for your parcel, please leave a note at checkout and we’ll be in touch to discuss options.

RETURNS + REFUNDS
All sales are final.Refunds are only considered in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged due to a packaging issue.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photographs of both the item and its packaging, so we can assess the situation and assist where possible.

We do not offer refunds for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Once a parcel is lodged with Australia Post, it is out of our hands. If you are concerned, we recommend adding insurance — just leave a note at checkout and we’ll be in touch.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.

FRAMING + CUSTOMISATION
Some artworks are available with optional Ash or Oak frame upgrades.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for any changes to timber framing. If you would like a custom framing option not listed, feel free to reach out prior to purchasing.

LOCAL PICKUP
If you are located in Northern Tasmania and wish to collect your artwork in person, please get in touch before placing your order to arrange a local pickup time.

ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, framing or packing may already be underway, and changes may not be possible.

COPYRIGHT + USAGE
All artwork and images are the intellectual property of Kim Saunders.
No part of the artwork or associated imagery may be copied, reproduced, or used for any purpose without written permission from the artist.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is used solely to process your order and communicate with you.
We will never share your details with third parties.
